Cuttack: Odisha Surakhya Sena has declared Rajesh Kumar Patra as its candidate for Cuttack-Barabati Assembly. Mr. Patra is a social worker by profession and the state vice-president of Odisha Surakhya Sena. Mr. Patra is a highly educated and philanthropic person.
